Asa McMillian
Asa is a native of Forsyth County. His mother is a native of the county and spent many years as a speech therapist serving the Forsyth County School System. His father was agricultural extension agent for the University of Georgia to Forsyth County for many years, before beginning a long time career with Forsyth County Farm Bureau.
A product of Forsyth Central High School, he went on to attend the University of Georgia, earning his Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs. After a time with the Forsyth County Courthouse, he decided to pursue law school. He attended Mercer University School of Law.
Prior to working for Patterson Moore Butler, Asa was an associate attorney for Swift, Currie, McGhee and Hiers in Atlanta. His practice areas include criminal law, family law, and probate.

Asa is extremely happy to be back in his hometown, serving his community. He has always considered the Forsyth, Dawson, and surrounding areas home and is very excited to be able to help the community in any way he can.
Asa is an active member in the community, as a member of New Harmony Baptist Church, Cumming Antique Power Association, and the Forsyth County Bar Association. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.
