Administrative License Suspension (ALS) Lawyer

If you’ve been arrested for DUI and you refused the state breath and blood test or you took the breath test and blew over a 0.08 BAC (blood alcohol content), the state will suspend your license and issue a DDS-1205 form which is also known as an Administrative License Suspension (ALS). To avoid a long-term driver’s license suspension of 12 months or more, you have 30 days to respond to ALS case. An additional consequence of the license suspension is you will not be eligible for a work permit while your driver’s license is suspended.

Our DUI defense team, led by partner E. Logan Butler, will challenge the charges in your ALS and DUI case and work to reduce and eliminate the charges. Mr. Butler has offices in Cumming and Dawsonville to serve clients in Forsyth and Dawson County.
